The staff was pleasant and polite, the accommodation was perfect and clean. We ate at a great restaurant for breakfast. Appreciated the contemporary decor!

Our room was well-organised with the kitchen. The breakfast food was good and reasonably-priced. The staff were service-minded and extremely helpful and the location was magnificent right next to the residence.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was impressed. The location couldn't have been better, situated in the modern business center of the city. It was so convenient being just a short walk away from the city center. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were always there to assist with any requests I had. The room amenities were top-notch, from the ironing facilities to the heating and air conditioning, everything was provided to ensure a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, it was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious and had a cozy sitting area and dining table. The free toiletries and fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils were an added bonus. Plus, the television and flat-screen TV made for great entertainment. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room. The staff at the receptionist were welcoming and always available to provide assistance. The on-site car park was convenient, and the 24-hour reception and security made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. I was very satisfied with my experience here.

We stayed in a fairly quiet room with desk space, and truly enjoyed it. The location in a pretty nice area was marvellous and stunning and there were supermarkets and a convenience shop nearby. Centrum tube station was 5 min away.

The value for money at Residence 1898 was excellent, with spacious and well-equipped rooms providing great facilities. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a variety of restaurants, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider selection of items.

I had a fantastic stay at Residence 1898. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to cafes and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and quiet surroundings. The Wi-Fi was great, and I loved that I could enjoy a free cup of tea or coffee in the lobby. The cost was very reasonable for the deluxe room I stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel.
